Fuzhou (Lianjiang) National Ocean Fisheries Base
The Fuzhou (Lianjiang) National Ocean Fisheries Base from 2021 to 2022 is the third national level ocean fisheries base approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The planned construction area is 23000 acres, with a total investment of about 20 billion yuan in the third phase, covering some fishing ports and regions in Lianjiang County, Mawei District, and Fuqing City. The base is planned to have four major sections and ten functional areas: one port (modern international deep-sea fishery mother port), two parks (deep-sea aquatic product deep processing park, marine biological product industry park), three centers (international deep-sea aquatic product trading center, international aquatic product cold chain logistics center, and international deep-sea fishing vessel repair center), and four zones (deep-sea fishery headquarters economic zone, deep-sea fishery material supply zone, deep-sea fishery innovation service zone, and deep-sea fishery characteristic town). Lianjiang will effectively promote the leapfrog development of Fuzhou's overall fishing industry. In recent years, Lianjiang will put into operation 400 deep-sea fishing fleets, with a deep-sea production capacity of 300000 tons and a total import volume of 1 million tons of deep-sea fishing goods, achieving a total output value of 20 billion yuan for the base.
From 2022 to 2023, our company will invest in the construction of the "Honghua Lianjiang Tuna and Squid Processing Base Project" located in the Lianjiang (National) Ocean Fisheries Base in Fuzhou City. The project covers an area of 80 acres, with the first phase of 40 acres and a total construction area of approximately 75000 square meters. We plan to build a 5000 ton ultra-low temperature cold storage, five tuna, squid, abalone, seawater shrimp, and emperor crab processing production lines, as well as one canned processing production line, and a temporary breeding pool of 5000 square meters. In addition, the company has built two integrated ships for offshore processing and water transportation, with an investment of 1.26 billion yuan.

In 2024, based on the construction of the Lianjiang project, the "Xiapu Fujian Taiwan Aquatic Products Trading Center Project" will be invested and constructed in Sansha Town, Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian Province. The project is based on regional resource advantages, market-oriented, green and sustainable development as its business philosophy, and aims to create a deep processing industry system for aquatic products that integrates production, research and development, sales, and logistics. It will output high-quality shrimp, abalone, sea cucumber, oysters, kelp, seaweed, and other products to the market, connect the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and promote industrial development.
